• Review of maternal and infant feeding/medical history • Review of current feeding patterns and concerns • Breastfeeding and/or bottle-feeding observation via video • Assessment of positioning, latch, and feeding technique to the extent possible virtually • Review of pumping and milk supply concerns • Assessment of maternal comfort and feeding challenges • Review of infant feeding behaviors and patterns • Personalized feeding recommendations • Education and troubleshooting • Customized feeding plan • Pumping and storage guidance • Recommendations for additional in-person evaluation when clinically indicated • Care coordination, when appropriate
